The market is waiting for the decision of the big players.

Analysis of the S&P 500 (ES1!) index 01.23.23

What’s on the market now:

Today index S&P500, (ES1!) is trading at 3997. Last Friday, we saw the index rise to the 3960 level, as i mentioned earlier, but there was no attempt to reverse the index. Currently, the index is moving to the level of 4005-4025, where a correction with a local bottom of 3980-3960 is possible. However, if this attempt at correction is frustrated, then we will see a sharp increase in the index to the level of 4100 and above. As I said earlier globally, the market goes to the level of 4100-4280-4450.

Now there is a record amount of free money on the market, which became free due to the sale of bonds, I also wrote about this earlier. And the big players are not ready to buy.

If this trend continues, then we can see the development of the current correction to the level of 3860-3840. This situation was possible last Friday. But if the market drops to this level, we will see a sharp increase, because. Prices will be favorable for buying for large funds.

What today:

Today, at the opening of the market, I expect that the index will make an attempt to rise to the level of 4005-4025. Where the index can make an attempt to turn to the level of 3960-3980. However, if this attempt to fall is thwarted, we will see a sharp increase in the index to the level of 4160 and above.
