S&P 500 Index Analytics: Last climb attempt 3970

S&P 500 Index Analytics on 11/02/22

Today we’re here to talk about the S&P 500 Index.

SNP 500 Index Analytics - 11-02-22 - 4h

What’s on the market now:

Today the index is trading at 3856. Yesterday we saw an attempt to increase the index on the market, which was broken. The volumes that were on the market indicate that large funds are fixing their positions and reducing their portfolios. Today, like yesterday, I expect that the index will make another attempt to rise to the level of 3950-3970. However, if this attempt is broken then we will see a sharp drop towards the 3700 level.

What today:

Today, I expect the index to rise and try to rise above 3970. Today, the market also has the possibility of a sharp movement of the market to the level of 3700. Therefore, long positions are prohibited, as yesterday.

Here are my trading recommendations for today 11/02/22

What I recommend:

  • If you want to open short:
Short positions are possible from the 3970-4050 level, this would be an ideal place to sell this week, limit your losses.
  • If you want to buy:
Long positions are prohibited, a sharp movement of the index to the 3700 zone is possible.
  • If you are not in the market:
Long positions are prohibited, limit your losses. If you want to open a short position, then it is better to do it at the peak from the level of 3970-4050.
