S&P 500 Index Analytic: Target for a local peak at 3815-3840.

S&P 500 Index Analytics on 10/19/22:

Are you really experts?
At the start of 2022, the average Wall Street estimate for the S&P 500's year-end price target was 4,950, according to data from Bloomberg, with the highest estimate being 5,330 and the lowest estimate being 4,400

Today we’re here to talk about the S&P 500 Index.

SNP 500 Index Analytics - 10-19-22 - 4h

What’s on the market now:

Today the index is trading at 3719. Yesterday we saw a sharp rise in the index at the open, which was expected by me earlier. Today the market has every chance to drop to the level of 3605 and only then start its attempt to rise to the level of 3840-315. However, if this attempt is broken, then the market will fall to the level of 3200.

What today:

Today at the open, I expect the market to try to drop to the level of 3605-3570. But there is also a high probability of a sharp fall to the level of 3200 on the market. Therefore, long positions are prohibited. Short positions are possible from the 3840-3815 level.
