Analysis of the S&P 500 index 12.26.22
What’s on the market now:
Today the index is trading at 3870. Last Friday we saw the market stabilize and attempt to rise to the level of 3887, which I mentioned earlier. Now the market has new opportunities for growth, and if the market passes the level of 3887, then we will see the continuation of this growth to the level of 3950. At the level of 3950, we will need to look for opportunities to open short positions. However, the level of 3887 is still important. A sharp drop to the level of 3730 is still possible, although it seems to be an unlikely event.
What today:
My expectations remain the same. Today at the opening of the market the index will make another attempt to rise to the level of 3887-3875. And then it will continue its growth at the level of 3950. But if this attempt is broken, then we will see a sharp drop in the index to the level of 3700.

What I recommend:
- If you want to open a short position:
Short positions possible from 3950 level, limit your losses
- If you want to buy:
Long positions are prohibited, limit your losses.
- If you are not in the market:
If you’re out of the market. Then you need the perfect price to trade. Long positions are possible from pullback or from 3745-3706 level. If you want to open a short position, then it is better to do it from the level of 3950. Limit your losses.
