I’m waiting for a sharp increase – the market is ready to jump.

Analysis of the S&P 500 (ES1!) index 01.26.23

Signals section has been updated.

What’s on the market now:

Today index S&P500, (ES1!) is trading at 4043. Yesterday, we saw a market reversal at the 3965-3945 level that I mentioned earlier. We also saw a sharp increase that followed after that. Currently, the market is moving to the level of 4070, where a slight correction to the level of 4025-4005 is possible. Currently, the market has every chance for a sharp increase. However, this positive attitude is experienced only by small players. The big players are still on the sidelines. This is not surprising, since the logic of making trading decisions is different for them. Currently, large funds will be ready to invest in the market from the level of 3880-3855.

At the moment, the market is going up to the level of 4160 and above. I believe that the market target in the next month will be the level of 4260 and above.

What today:

Today, at the market opening, I expect that the index will make an attempt to drop to the level of 4005, where it will make another attempt to increase the index. However, if this attempt is broken, we will see a sharp drop in the index to the level of 3880,limit your losses. But such an event seems unlikely to me. Because there are many long orders in the market.
