Today we are here to talk about the DAX index.
What’s on the market now:
The index is trading at 13,003. And I must say that the index looks undervalued. There is every opportunity on the market for a quick recovery of the DAX index to the level of 13,850.
What I’m looking forward to today:
Today, I expect an attempt at the birth of a new trend. With a local price peak around 14,000, however, if this attempt is broken, the index will continue to fall to the level of 12,500.
What I recommend:
If you want to go short:
For now, it is better to refrain from opening short positions.
If you want to buy:
You can try to buy around 13,000. And if there is a positive scenario in the market, then we can expect a movement to the level of 14,000.
If you are not in the market:
If you are out of the market. I recommend you go short from the 13,850 level. But if you want to buy, then I recommend you go long from the current 13,000 level. But limit your losses.
