Analysis of the S&P 500: Waiting for a pullback to 3900-3860.

What’s on the market now:

Today the index is trading at 3958. In the last trading session, we saw the market stabilize and a small pullback of the index, which I mentioned earlier. However, the index has not reached the bottom of the local correction at the level of 3900-3860. Today, like yesterday, I expect the development of a rollback of the index to the level of 3920-3860.

What today:

I expect today the index will try to rise to the 3980 level at the open, and then continue to pull back. However, new volumes appeared on the market, so there is still a possibility of a sharp movement to the level of 3900-3860. What I recommend:

• If you want to open a short position:

Short positions are possible from the 4110 – 4150 level. This would be an ideal place to sell this week, limit your losses.

• If you want to buy:

Long positions are possible from the 3900-3860 level, this would be an ideal buy, limit your losses.

• If you are not in the market:

If you are in a non-market, then you need to have the ideal price to trade. Long positions are possible from 3860 – 3900, limit your losses. If you want to open a short position, then it is better to do it from the level of 4110, 4250. Limit your losses.
