A sudden drop, but the chance of growth remains. New level to buy 3910.

Analysis of the S&P 500 index 12.06.22

What’s on the market now:

Today the index is trading at 4005. Yesterday we saw a sharp and sudden movement in the market, which turned into a fall in the index. And although I expected the index to drop to the level of 4040-4030, I mentioned this earlier yesterday for me was a surprise. But I still continue to look at the index positively. However, now we need more accurate entries and better prices to buy on the market. If the current trend continues, then in the near future the index may fall to the level of 3925-3910. If this happens, then this level will be good for opening new long positions.

What today:

Today, at the open of the market, the index will attempt to decline to the level of 3910. But if this attempt is broken, then we will see a sharp movement of the index to the level of 4150.

Here are my trading recommendations for today 12.06.22

What I recommend:

  • If you want to open a short position:

Short positions are possible from the 4150-4200 level, limit your losses.

  • If you want to buy:

Long positions are possible on a rollback from the level 3925-3910, but limit your losses.

  • If you are not in the market:

If you’re out of the market. Then you need the perfect price to trade. Long positions are possible from the 3925-3910 level. If you want to open a short position, then it is better to do it from the level of 4150-4200. Limit your losses.
